I enjoy the ideea, but how about getting to know them better(the candidates). I am quite new to the shard (about a week) and don't know most of the old timers. It would be nice if the candidates for the post would present a laconic curriculum vitae regarding communication skills, UO knowledge and problem solving. Hope my proposal is helpful.
