Questions about houses
 

So, I just placed my house and I've got a few questions about it:

1) Why do I need fences?? What makes a fenced house more safe then a non fenced house??

2) Are those copper keys newbie?? If not: how do I assure noone will enter my house??

3) What are those magic keys for??

4) What are the house comands? i've tried .lock and .secure and I see they doesn't work. How do I lock itens and make chests secure?

Hi!

1. Becouse I can stay in hide near your door and when you come in - I can kill you.
2. cooper keys not newbie
3. It is a newbie key's. For home, lock items, fences.
4. There are no commands. For lock items you must use (double click) key for your house - and on item for lock (one click).

Where can I get a Magic Key??

How do I copy my copper key into my magic key?

A chest locked with a magic key can't be opened without the key or does it just locks it to the ground??

Magic key you can buy from vendors in the market or to ask the players.

For copy: double click on cooper key - target on Blank magic key (one ckick).
make sure that the copy was successful. (one click on magic key).

just lock. chest protection is you'r FRIEND and OWNER list in house menu. Only friend or co-owner can open it.

Some people tend to use a mount to kill you. if you stand in your house without fences. Then the abu-ser can place shrinked mount in the wall of your house and then unshrink and say all kill and target you.

but these occasions are rare because it cost them their mount.
