Can someone help me out with this? I dont understand anything or even where it needs to be installed.... I sure could use a step by step to get me started.. anyone?

I can't help with UO AutoPilot, but can help with UOPilot. It's more powerfull macro program, but easy to learn.[URL="http://uopilot.ultimasoft.ru/"][U]Try this link.[/U] [/URL](UoPilot v2.18.8)
1st Настройки -> Language -> English
2nd ? -> Script Language Manual
3rd ? -> History
