Where can I fond a Necormancer book and scrolls?

Do I make them? if so, How do I create them?:D

You can't craft this book. It can be found in loot of any kind of liches. Then you need to exchange some books for necromancy skill (up to 30.0) with necromancer in Nujel'm. After this, you'll can craft necromancy scrolls using necromancy books.

I cannot find the person that teaches Necromancy..... Where is he/she at?

Я полгода не играл. Чё я пропустил?) Sindo, early it was possible to teach necromancy with necrobooks only, trainers of necromancy never had been exist. And the skill was useful for writing super-scrolls only, here no one had opportunity to raise smth. When was provided changes that you described?

This changes was provided more than 2 years ago with Necromancy Autoquest introducing. Here the [URL="http://fwuo.ru/faq/13.html"]Link[/URL]. I'll post a screenshot of Necromancer here, when I'll be able to log in.
There is no any word about necromancy trainer in second post. I said you can exchange your necromancy books for skillpoints using the Necromancer NPC. Correct me if I said it not enough accurately.
