Trance potion = meditation skill
Bless potion = Bless spell

so it gives you max Meditation points back? like Mana? if so, how much mana?

It increases your passive mana regeneration speed for a short time. Especially usefull when you use meditation skill. But it is useless potion if you have a magic robe of archimag or a sash of mana regeneration.
