Where can I get, or how can I craft, a +15 Carpentry item?

+15 tools are valuable items intended for the increase of crafting skills by 15% . In order to use these tools it is necessary to have 100% of the corresponding skill . These tools give you higher chance on successing crafts .
Magic pickaxe of miner gives the possibility to dig highest metal
Magic hatchet of lumberjack increase the output of highest wood
Magic gloves of scripe accellerates the writing of scrolls.
It is possible to create +15 tools with the aid of the magic diagram ( magic shceme )
This can be found in NPC or treasures or can be just bought from players . After opening the diagram you will reveal the encoded list of things and skills necessary for creating the tool( the craft of this can't fail ) . Brief description of tools : Magic Hammer of Blacksmith : gives +15% to blacksmithing , Necessary diagram : Magic Hammer Scheme. ahaha, thats called bad programming of the shard. you'll find alot of these stupid things/bugs...
