FW ASSIST HELP

I was playing on this server for a while then the power went out and i lost all my files. I reinstalled the game and thats fine but i had a hard time getting fw assist back. the website was down but i found the link through google, which i guess theyre calling it uo loop now ?.... anyways when i click on uoloop/fwassist nothing happens.: Bobr: is there somthing else i need to download ? please help
