How does the magic item ID device work?
and how does the magic item recycle items work?

I dont understand the process.

MIID defines blanc pink Magic Ring into yellow/red/green/blue Magic Ring whith some (from +1 to +5) skill bonus. DClick on it and target pink ring in your backpack (it consume 2000gp).
You need to smelt rings in MRRD with total +10 any skill bonus for 1 LightRock Ingot. You need 5 fertile dirt in your backpack for each smelting.
DClick on MIID and target any +1 - +4 Magic Ring to increase it power (you must have 1 LightRock Ingot in your backpack).
