Healing macro

Hello all. Today i encountered another problem with healing macro.
My friend is hitting me and i am healing, but when my hp is low I don't want to die. I want to run away , heal up and come back. How to do so?
At the moment i have made macro like this:
if hits <60
Send F11 ( F11 in game is to walk north in to the wall, because we are between walls)
But i don't know how to go back to my partner when I heal up. Ty
