Curious about Skill Transfer Too!!!

I've applied for a transfer a few days ago and still nothing... I've even emailed Storm Blast and the other email I fount on the site(admin@fwuo.ru). I have even included screenshots just incase it would help out any... Please reply... I just want to start playing this wonderful shard...
