Where can I train parrying..

Hey guys,

I'm new to the server but not to UO, so I'll try and keep all my questions
as noob free as possible, I know that mainly that this is a russian shard
and that I can gather we miss a lot of the unique features of the shard
is lost in translation but so far, what I've seen, this server is better
then any of the others...


My first question..

Where can I train parrying?

I've looked in all of brit, in all of trinsic and in all of yew..

are we missing a certain vendor or am I just blind?
