a few questions about the server?
 

im sorry if it is posted in russian somewhere on the site, but i havent played uo for years and me a few buddies want to play again, so i have a few questions for you about your server.

what is max stats cap total and cap per stat
ive seen no skill cap is this true?
can you build and design your own houses? or is it just standard static housing.
are there power scrolls or events?

1.Max stat cap 350. 150/100/100 - the best
parametres
2. Restrictions on skills are not present, just stealing, provocation, does not work.

as I know, you can't buy blank deeds on NPC vendors, only craft (with tailoring 65%)...
so, train your tailoring or ask for help or sell player's with good tailoring skill...
