Ruin, Might, Force, Power, Vanquishing...

Do these weapons offer any special abilities when succesful hit?
Stamina Loss?
Strength Loss?
etc....

Nope. Vanquishing - more powerfull weapon than any craft weapon.
But Moonblade is Vanquishing too. It dispels your target with strike.

So what is the +1-9 is that for damage?

This classification by the level of damage done. The higher the value, the stronger the weapon.
Previously, when the sphere server was not, and had pol, the value of arms (1 ... 9) was a plus to the form of weapons, which are using.
it was on those servers on which I played

Какой то у него книжный английский, не иначе литовец, прикидывающийся иностранцем который ну никак не понимает русский язык. А ведь понимали, когда т-34 входили в Вильнюс, Ригу и Таллин. Да?
