[11/10/2012] Create some NPC IQ
Some strong monsters (NPS) acquired new capabilities: to resist damage from bows and arrows, crossbow bolts.
Shots crossbows can to strike hard.
Also, some creatures can now heal and fully resist poisons. In the near future will gain new abilities.
