What is the duration, and damage per second per potion of poison (weak, deadly, lethal, etc...)

Can I make all poisons? where do I get lethal at?

Level 1 - Lesser Poison
Level 2 - Poison
Level 3 - Greater Poison
Level 4 - Deadly Poison
Level 5 - Lethal Poison

Duration - 5 ticks of timer. First poison damage = weapon's charges.

Ok, let me get thsi straight..... so the damage of the poison is the CHARGES? and every 5 seconds is when it deals the damage?

mm, nope. 5 times at all, with 10 seconds timeout between each damage. 1st time, damage = charges. 2nd time, damage = 80% * charges etc. with every hit you deals to opponent by poisoned weapon, it lose 5 charges. poison effect doesn't stuck on the opponent.
