Cannot Log in

Im not sure if there is a seperate place for this question on the forums but my computer seems to have a tough time translating everything :P anyways so i downloaded everything on the site and installed everything in my uo directory... but when i try to log it. it says Coudn't connect to uo. please try again in a few moments...??

oh okay... so i9 guess iwas just unlucky.. :P this was the first attempt to log in.
