killed by a bug?

Yesterday i was in the training room, and i've been killed, becomed a ghost and lost everything... something like 2500 nightshades and other stuff, that is a lot of money for me...

Usually the player when killed goes into the speech room, but not now...

The only way to become ghost in the training room should be die cause of starving, but I had eaten half an hour before AND I WAS FULL!

How is it possible? there is a bug that makes killing in training room possible?

Yes GM's are aware of this but they still do nothing.
