#1 - High level players are running around inside killing everything, leaving newbies unable to kill much of anything. I spent 45 mins in the newbie dungeon and this player "Lord Zeha" ran around killing everything the whole time. I killed 7-10 monster, spending most of my time waitting for respawn.
#2 - Other high level chars kill 90% of a npc monsters life, and their friend kills the other 10% getting the exp. This is unfair and a bug being exploited.
I've been seeing the same thing...
I have also noticed a lot of killing (on purpose and without consent) in the training buildings in minoc. Is this punishable? I've got a screeny of a guy attacking me.

You have a number of levels that you can obtain with gaining experience.
If your level is higher you gain a better reward when clicking the "Lucky Item"
"Lucky Item" = is an Four leaf clover that often appear in dead monsters.
When you killed the monster drag the Lucky Item and you'll get a message that you received some items.
In low level of experience you get few reagents and perhaps a normal weapon.
When you get higher you get more reagents and better weapons like gold.
