Runes and Mark

well, eeryshard I ever played used a runebook to store runes, apearently its not the case in FW, whats the rune system here?? And more important, where can I get a mark scroll, o.O I looked in every single vendor at the market and couldnt find it

You must find "faded recall rune".
This server don't have runebook.
You can cast spell mark on rune,and cast spell recall on it

So much I realized by myself, how many charges will have a marked fade rune?? And still, the most inportant of all, is there somewhere I can get the Mark scroll?? or will I have to kill monsters till one drops =/
I didnt find any vendor with the scroll

PS.: don't worry about the english, mine is not really good either

If u mark faded rune, it will have number of charges equial to your magery skill. For example, ur magery is 75, so when u mark faded rune, it will have 75 charges.
Magic scrolls spawn randomly on vendors, there are many of them in the world, or u can buy full newbie spellbook for 25k in market.
