Yes, but it's hardly to find, so spend 0,5-2 hours for Parrying training up to 30.

It gives you some chance for negate 100% of incoming phisical damage (arrows includes). The stronger your parry skill superior tactics skill of opponent, the greater your chance to parry his strike.
